  • The Sunday Night Live Session: Shalvah! Is Stress Resilience and Restoration supporting the Jewish Community and friends. It’s a place to come to share our joy, discuss and practice evidence-based protocols and healing traditions as well as coordinate activities. Sharing our joys and challenges isn't just "social"—it lowers our cortisol and boosts oxytocin, the "bonding hormone" that buffers against stress.  

  • Each session will have a health and wellness topic from the domains of breath, exercise and movement, nutrition and nutrition skills, stress management, change management and/or sleep quality. Resources are included to support you in your effort to build and improve your personal stress resilience routine.

  • Each session will finish with a calming, restorative exercise. By practicing relaxation techniques in a group, we co-regulate our nervous systems, making it easier for everyone to find peace. That is why The Blue Zone Group immediately follows the Shalvah! session for your Sunday night hour of power! Get ready for the week.
